This week I had the absolute privilege of hosting Women Leading...Sport, a boutique event designed for current and emerging female leaders in the sporting industry.
HUGE THANKS to our panelists, Bron Madigan (Dynamix Sport Projects, Basketball Victoria and Softball Victoria), Michelle Clyne (AFL) and Sonya Thompson (Cricket Australia) for imparting such valuable insights in an open and authentic way. Nothing was hidden about leadership - they were happy to share their successes, challenges and even mistakes.
