1. Your organisation purchases all ten (10) seats your own Sky High Coaching Leadership Lounge with Purpose.

2. You allocate 1 to 8 seats to new, emerging and/or current leaders from within your organisation.

3. You fill the remaining seats with new, emerging and/or current leaders from your organisation's community partners or aligned charities - as their sponsor.

Meet Janelle Ryan
Janelle Ryan is a globally recognised Personal Coach, celebrated for her unwavering commitment to helping individuals achieve extraordinary results. She is the founder of Sky High Coaching, an author, international retreat leader, workshop facilitator, and an engaging, inspirational speaker.
Janelle specialises in empowering ambitious professionals to broaden their horizons, manifest their personal and professional aspirations, and effectively lead and inspire others. Her extensive client portfolio includes executive and emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals and creatives.
Between 2019 and 2021, Janelle conducted a comprehensive global leadership research study, involving over 200 professionals across various industries and leadership roles. Her goal was to understand the prominent challenges faced by leaders during this period.
She is the driving force behind the Sky High Coaching Women Leading events, fostering leadership development among women.
