The Self-Loving Heart does not require validation from others to feel worthy or valued.
The Self-Loving Heart does not feel the need to place expectations on others or self. It does not 'punish' others for seemingly careless or hurtful behaviour because there is no need. It understands to place another on a pedestal creates imbalance.
It does not over-give for fear of rejection or abandonment. It understands love is abundant, not scarce.
The Self-Loving Heart understanding the duality of self, the light and the shadow, and embraces both.

THE HEALED HEART
The Healed Heart has learned to trust after heartbreak. To forgive others. To love again.
The Healed Heart sees no reason to bring past hurts into new relationships. It does not play games, 'test' someone's love nor withdraw love to manipulate.

It does not practise any forms of aggression and has learned how to respond to those who do.
The Healed Heart is a worthy heart; a heart that does not over-give out of fear, says 'no' with elegance and grace and sets healthy boundaries with others at home, with family, friends and at work.

The Healed Heart is caring, compassionate, understanding and mindful in all relationships. It understands heartbreak is a universal experience and it is not alone.

THE EQ HEART
The Emotionally Intelligent (EQ) Heart has done 'the work'. It has released the shackles of past conditioning, patterns and behaviours that no longer serve future hopes and dreams. It understands that to think differently about relationships is to transform relationships.

Here are some details for you, before we begin.

This is an online program, delivered in real time. This program is not pre-recorded. There will be live trainings and conversations. There will be opportunities to ask questions. There will be insights, ah-ha moments and life-long transformational moments. Be ready.
​
​
Recordings will be available if you can't make it live. I am a Global Personal Coach - I understand not every module will be delivered at a time that suits you and we do keep time zones in mind when scheduling. Whilst there is added benefit to turning up live, the recordings will be available for you if you cannot.
​
​
