How many times have you interacted with money this week? And, how did you feel about it? In this world we've built of trade and exchange, there is no getting past the profound impact money has on our lives. An impact that can influence our emotional wellbeing. Whether it's the stress of managing finances or the joy of financial success, emotions tied to money can be intense. I know - once upon a time I was prone to lie awake at night worrying about money. I was a person who would decline invitations due to the cost, even though I had the money (that's a tough one to admit). I would feel 'guilty' if I spent money on things for myself. I did not enjoy paying bills, even though I could afford to. But, I didn't always feel that way around money. My anxiety around money didn't show itself until my thirties. Sheesh! I tolerated it for a while, but one day decided enough was enough. This entity (money) was going to be in my life for the rest of my life, so it was time for some relationship building. I sought to understand our relationship on a deeper level, so I could heal the shame, guilt and fear around money. What a blessed day that was! My life, and financial status, has changed ever since. I have set myself free. One of the first things I learned was the Energy of Money. This concept delves into the emotional and energetic aspect of our financial lives. It suggests that money carries a vibrational energy that can influence our feelings and behaviors.
